My question would be, if LDHL had 100M authorized for 4 years and is not a serial diluter. Why then increase the A/S 9 times over if the plan is not to dilute? Also, according to recent SEC filings, an S8 was issued for 5,000,000 shares. So, the company can now issue up to 5M newly printed, free trading shares.. could it not?

In the current market, with OTCBB liquidity down over 60%, how exactly does that translate into "huge upside potential?".
