the issue is there are two kinds
of dilution ~

the kind the company does
and the kind that is counterfeit

time will tell which dilution ~ *affected*
the manipulation regarding rcch shares

i'm curious to see how this story unfolds

Diluting shares for $ is not manipulation.

Dilution on it's own may not be manipulation, but when it is part of a pump and dump it certainly is. Kind of like shorting a shock is not illegal ,but naked short sales are?
