Diluting shares for $ is not manipulation. So imo it was not dumping.IMO TD noticed the NSS and protected themselves. Scot trade won't buy only sell...
The ones with the patience will be rewarded. Greed will want us to think we can become millionaire overnight, but patience will be what the longs who believe in verifiable DD and not an internet message board.
