Isn't it something...
Stock PPS at over .90 when TD ameritrade noticed manipulation of rcch.

Diluting shares for $ is not manipulation. So imo it was not dumping.IMO TD noticed the NSS and protected themselves. Scot trade won't buy only sell...

The ones with the patience will be rewarded.
