How can you guys read the same documents as me and not understand the same facts??

#1 "As far as you’re aware" does not mean much

#3 is NOT pure speculation. Pease see page 70 of “RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR CONTEMPT 2-16-2009”

#4. “Notice of the sale was given months ago” Please see page 13 of “RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR CONTEMPT 2-16-2009”. See also page 65 of “RESPONSE TO PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR CONTEMPT 2-16-2009” where JPM gave notice to MOSH LP on November 21st 2008!
