I have read every document posted on the Court's website, and do not require spoonfeeding. On the other hand, you do not provide citations to the purported letters you are allegedly quoting, and you presumably have no reason or incentive to "hide the ball". I asked a simple question; is there any basis or support for your assertion (even if you are really just quoting someone else) that the sale will LEGALLY cut off any claims by any party, such that some unitholders will benefit, while others will not. It seems clear, by your refusal or unwillingness to answer the question, that you have nothing to offer as support. You are so incredibly generous with your thoughts and insights that I am shocked you regard a mere request for support for your bold pronouncements as a request for "spoonfeeding" that is somehow beneath you and your valuable time.

People with memories know the point of your posts. It's to cause chaos and then buy units cheaply. You have no credibility. Boxster's a valuable asset to this board and always does his homework.
