It appears that you're into over kill with all the stuff you're running. ie antivirus, firewalls etc.

You need to find a good antivirus program and stick with that and a firewall.

Then don't go looking for trouble clicking on sites that you are not familar with.

Surfing the net is a lot like sex. You wouldn't have unprotected sex today and even if you did there are some people/sites you still wouldn't sleep with.

Avoid the temptations and you should be all set.
