You never know, people are skittish, need the money, lose faith. Who the heck knows. Better for us in the long run I think. Those same people will buy when it starts rising. I forget who, but a very famous, successful investor was asked how to be a successful investor. He replied "Buy when everyone else is selling and sell when everyone else is buying". Simple but effective advice.
