CMKX, I believe, has sold out to a major diamond company on one condition....... that they represent the CMKX/Casavant diamond product/thus the National Marketing Campaign. Whether its Debeers or the other major Diamond companies, its happening. It's a complicated DEAL. Somebody knew in the beginning of June, that this would take 30-60 days; and so here we are.
There is a bidding war going on folks, better believe it. THIS IS A MERGER/PURCHASE OF TITANTIC PROPORTIONS WITH BIG BOYS/NOT UCAD, ETC.
Once the announcement comes, there will be no O/S left, and we will be left standing in AWE at what we are being offered as shareholders, while the BASHERS stand in SHOCK and disbelief at the TENDER OFFER with NO ability to BUY at all.
Those of you wimpering guys who think AMEX is just around the corner; there is a minimum time frame of 30-60 days to get listed. AMEX has to approve everything.
I am going through this now with GSPG which sits at .37 now. They started the AMEX listing last December, 2003. They should get approval by September 1, 2004 under STANDARD III. Lots of unexpected road blocks. New symbol will be GSP.
This is just an example of what can happen in going fully reporting. EDWARD and ENGEL will not putz around with a OTCBB listing. These guys would be a laughing stock of NYC of they did this. NO, its AMEX. PERIOD.
THIS WILL HAPPEN BETWEEN NEXT MONDAY AND SEPTEMBER 10TH. If you can be patient for this deal to happen, well, you are going to have trouble sleeping for a few weeks.
80 Million shares strong.
By the way, this is only my opinion........ and I will add, that I am rarely wrong.... Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
