To me that represents a smoke screen. Most companies do not have to hire attorneys to get them compliant. They hire Accountants to prepare the filings. They hire attorneys to get them out of jackpots via loopholes. And they encourage shareholders to contact the transfer agent for share information. And the CEO does not hold court at drag races. IMHO.
