If Melvin told me it was raining, I would go outside to verify it. There is no verifiable information for this company & they appear to be more interested in drag racing than with complying with filing requirements. Why is it that the transfer agent is stifled? There is no reason for that. Any other reputable company encourages you to call their transfer agent to verify the outstanding. Why are no financial statements available? Because Melvin is off holding court at a drag race? Gimme a break...a reputable company would be doing everything possible to get compliant and be as forthcoming with information to their shareholders. IMHO of course.
