I must ask this question. With the general knowledge that the sec is overwhelmed and apparently no capable to police and enforce regulations on the high profile stocks. Is it possible that since there are so many "under the radar stocks" to have company directors with a cavalier attitude towards sec rules and regulations that may ambiguious to them?
