You know, that is a very good point. I would suspect you are correct in that assumption. Even though there are certainly a lot of scam pink sheet stocks, with RCCH being one of them, I would hazard a guess that the SEC is too busy policing the big boards although if there are enough complaints, I think the SEC will be forced to take a very hard look at this.
I encourage everyone who feels the way that I do to place a complaint.
i spoke with the sec just about a week and a half ago in regards to the otc/otc bb not just specific to rcch or other co.s at this level ~
specifically i asked what could shareholders of record ~ do to bring this issue to light <nss> ~ <mm manipulation> et al
i was told ~ quite clearly that all *investors* who have *concerns* should file this form every day that they see *anything* that triggers their suspicions ~ it could be something as simple as not having a bid filled above the ask ~
the more *shareholders of record* who do this on a daily basis ~ the more *attn* is directed at that co. and the *activities* of the *entities* that *surround* the company ~
this conversation was approx 20 mins long ~ i get the feeling ~ there is *change* in the air ~
