That's not the question.

Go to the EPA site and look in the "verified technologies" section..

No one is disputing the fact that the IWS system is the one listed with the EPA.

The question is, does RCC/IWS still have EXCLUSIVE rights to that system, or can those who have been installing it for years, go on doing so without paying any license fee?

IWS was picked up for a song. Why? If it had exclusive rights to valuable licenses, doesn't it seem reasonable that there would have been a reasonable price paid for those resources?
