yes they have exclusive rights....originally the product may have been similar to another companys while IWS was owned by a scammer...........THEN claude smith took over and took teh appropriate steps to improve the system, garner EPA/ETV and NSF certs, and reach well above the appropriate testing levels....all verified by MOntana deq.....if u want previous name and competitors i can give you those as well...but its LONG info only
