Lets hope we have some investors out there that are just waiting for the opportunity to pounce on the stock once the e disappears either tomorrow or Tuesday. I'd say we've held up rather nicely in the meantime.
Per Magnum I was told those new shares are restricted and that the float is only 9.4 million. Rule 144 stock so it does not concern me(friendly hands). Therefore they are not dilutive.
The outstanding now is 46,671,637 and 36 million of those are restricted. I didn't get the exact number on the restricted but I wrote down 36 million from the call.
I was informed that there are some positive events that have transpired and we should see announcements on this and other things starting next week.
