Magnum d'Or Resources Inc (fka MDOR)

Per Magnum I was told those new shares are restricted and that the float is only 9.4 million. Rule 144 stock so it does not concern me(friendly hands). Therefore they are not dilutive.

The outstanding now is 46,671,637 and 36 million of those are restricted. I didn't get the exact number on the restricted but I wrote down 36 million from the call.

I was informed that there are some positive events that have transpired and we should see announcements on this and other things starting next week.
