So by that standard RCCH refusal to share the the amount of shares outstanding by gaging the TA. Is in fact a indication of bad intent by the company?

I don't beleive so, and it's not my standard.

My point is Lee ascribes bad intent from RCC's and Hess' refusal to give info.

Yet Lee wouldn't give me info.

It's like when Micheal Moore goes to people's houses and rings the bell and says "I just want to ask you about such and such" and implies that the fact that the person won't speak to him about it is an indication of guilt.

Many visits have been documented of visit's to Micheal Moores house where he refuses to answer lol.

Point is, it's a double standard.
