So you think the RCCH's refusal to share the share structure by gaging the TA is a good thing?
No sharing of info through even a quarterly report on pinksheets is a good thing?
To me it shows a very clear intent to deceive.
There is no reason under the sun to do such things with a public company. You as a shareholder and owner of the company are owed these very simple things.
It does tremdous damage to you as it keeps new investors far away from the company. As most penny stock investors see these things as a big red flag.
