I never ever saw a single thing that was predicted came through in the right timeframe. Never here. So actually it would have surprised me big times if it came today but there is still some hours left.
If they report or reveal the # of pref'd shares held then we can calculate the impact on OS based on PPS throughout the 3 month holding period. SO we can figure the fully diluted number. But they will not be in the OS during the holding period. IMO Now will they reveal the # of help pref'd. I doubt they will until they have to report for an uplist. We'll see. He has been very secretive about full disclosure so far.
