Why is there no comment on the fact that there has been no PR before the opening today? I think that the shares that can be converted back to ordinary shares are not included in the O/S. If that is so the published sharecount of 13 million has next to no practical value since it is not known how many other shares can be converted back to ordinary shares. From a fundamental point of view it is not the float that counts but the number of shares fully diluted.
