As I said, I've got to go back to review the original filings, but it sounds like a redemption; however the PIPES issuances only add up to under $400,000 .. "These shares of Common Stock were issued both pursuant to the pre-redemption provisions of the Debentures and pursuant to separate redemption agreements."

Stll voting my shares NO. Hope they change there plans.
All they have to do is win, and the share price will take care of it's self. Something very wrong here. (imo)
