I saw that, my take is that SOLM was thoroughly disgusted with the PIPE sellers, so after the settlement as stated in the paragraph you quoted, they filed for the R/S to drive the pps down to screw those PIPE'rs..

although, I doubt it, sure nice to think it.. lol

btw, wasn't that just fees and interest and not principal?
