Iraqi dinar will see the high value of 2008

well according to this old article the dinar still has the same sorry rate as it did awhile back. So the buyback had little effect in 08. I guess .0008 is high value to them considering billions are bought back per month. So I guess in 10 years they will have bought back only 1 trillion dinars if that's right. way too many zeros for my calculator
