Have you bothered to email Farrel and Oppel to ask for clarification yourself. That report is real and Valid. I don't care if its an old report it is still very current. Rusica, do you have that link that showed how they bought back 250-B so far. Lets see that was in Dec of 2008. That would show it is still current.
