Are you aware that 100% of the companies on the NYSE file regularly with the SEC?
When a pink sheet company is fully compliant with its filings and gets onto a real exchange, then MAYBE they should be allowed to be their own TA. Until such time, it's BS for a pink sheet company to be their own TA. It smacks of wanting to hide something.
Just trying to get this straight. Global replaced as TA. Pacific hired as TA. Pacific no longer TA. The company will act as their own TA. The company will not act as their own TA. Global will be the TA?
