CM: The way I am reading it..it is now up to the company if they want to go forward. They would have to request a hearing.

...and that within fifteen days after the receipt of a request in a record from the person the matter will be scheduled for a hearing. If a hearing is not requested and none is ordered by the commissioner, within thirty days after the date of service of the order, the order becomes final.

I agree THAT is not the case.
I agree that they will never be reregistered.
I agree they will never have value even though they exist as private ownership.

Now that did not happen......

clowns are acting like the company asked the SEC to revoke the shares.

The SEC gave the company 2 options. Suspension or revocation the way I read the release. They choose the latter.
