If they were going to request a hearing, they would probably not have entered into the settlement.

I could be wrong, but I think normally the SEC doesn't actually publish the "event" until the time for applying for a hearing has passed.

...and that within fifteen days after the receipt of a request in a record from the person the matter will be scheduled for a hearing. If a hearing is not requested and none is ordered by the commissioner, within thirty days after the date of service of the order, the order becomes final.

Or is that from the actual Order? I confess I'm too lazy to look it up.
