I think the company was using shares in the past to settle certain issues that were brought about from some lessons learned.
CINT was on the OTCBB for a few years. I think that CINT went to the pink sheets to settle all debt with the company behind the scenes. I think if they had to do some things over again, dilution would not be the option, but as it stands... it was.
I think that now something major has transpired that we will hear about sometime in the near future if I had to guess. I also think that the Outstanding Shares (OS) is somewhere in the area of under 400 million shares (worst case scenario). I will call the company next week to ask and I will post what they tell me and I humbly ask that you and all do the same to share. Also, I think we should ask if the dilution is done. If anyone already have asked these questions with answers, please post them.
