First isnt the new stock valued by lumb at $12.50 share? so we would get what in shares per one million...Jarvis do the math again..LOL the million shares may spin off 31 dollars of restricted stock, but if the LUMB value is used thats 2.48 shares for every million of hglc. So for sake of divis realization, 10 million shares of HGLC gets you 24.8 shares of the new independence strategic minerals inc...***** Note this is before the R/S which was mentioned in Jan 16 PR FFGO.
The A/S for rhpt or whatever the old skin lotion shell was is now turning into the new shell lumbster called independence strategic minerals..Pinks showed me 5 trillion A/S... An R/S of the 20 shares i would get would probably be downsized to two shares restricted for 2 years...OMG is that true? LOL
All this excitement about the divis, is poppycock.. You wont ever make enough to even sell at a profit after commissions..IMO
