I see what is written below. Nothing has changed and the pay out [should] be .0021. But some of Us have a hard time trusting an organization that can not even deliver a website after sending out PR's since 12/21/07 saying teh Corp website is coming "very shortly". Company is a joke. run as poorly as i have ever seen on the pinks IMO>

IMO they change there minds and dillute HGLC with the proper amount of stock to ensure a 1-1 split. No matter how worthless our shares are now? Do not see them giving us 21 shares for every 1. Mathmatically they can not do so anyway give a .0021 divi at the current outstanding along with current PPS. Or can they? I do not see how unless they add more shares to the 300 billion A/S
