I have frequently admitted there were things in the past that I have not liked. Mostly it had to do with the choice of IR groups. What I am noting here is that the bears seem to totally disregard that this could be a great investment, if they can get that Form 10 done, and grow the company. It's just as you say that they act as if Labwire has commited some unforgivable sin, and could never, ever be a good investment. Is that fair or balanced, or does it prove they are coming from some other angle?

And regarding the Form 10, I have no doubts that it's going to happen. The company is handling it internally now, and you can bet they will stay the course till they satisfy the SEC - and I'm sure they will do it ASAP so that they can put it behind them.

The lack of attention to detail by Labwire in their SEC filings and other documents is not likely to inspire confidence in their record keeping for their primary business operations.

How difficult can it be to proof-read before filing? How hard can it be to correct errors with company names, addresses and dates etc?

joev, a quick correction

should be

next stop, the declaration by the SEC of the form 10 registration statement becoming "effective", no more no less

(note: the SEC Div. of Corp. Finance does not review 10-Q for acceptance or not)

Next stop: Acceptance or rejection of the 10q.
