I agree. That would be the logical conclusion. That's why Dexter needs to reevaluate who's on staff, who's doing what in general, IF he's legit and IF he seriously wants the company to be recognized. Like any pinkie, it's a long shot, but in the end, this criticism is somewhat essential IF he wants his business to be seriously recognized by the investing public.

Particularly when the company has had 10 whole months to make the corrections from the filing of the first form 10.



The lack of attention to detail by Labwire in their SEC filings and other documents is not likely to inspire confidence in their record keeping for their primary business operations.

How difficult can it be to proof-read before filing? How hard can it be to correct errors with company names, addresses and dates etc?

A few more $'s and an uplisting and I am sure the confindence level will be just fine.

Oh, and another 800 pound gorilla would not hurt either.
