I have just never heard it referred to as an "Iceberg" order. My broker called it a "limit sell, not held, to be posted in A/H".

I think I had like 11,000 shares of a stock that traded only about 25,000 to 40,000 shares a day, and I had to sell it that day to meet a margin call.
