Why would full disclosure from a publicly traded company require that shareholders pay a third party additional money to discover material information?
Arghh!
a) Arguable how material it is.
b) They aren't paying to have them ask. They are paying to have them think to ask (since each of us could ask individually and Repros probably would have answered)
RPRX: especially if one pays to garner info which may also be dictated b.s. from the Company, and then becomes twisted with the 3rd party's opinions on such "privileged information."
(On a side note, I openly questioned the honesty of the CEO on the RPRX Board, and possibly here, many moons ago. I believe it was at least 10-15 new moons.)
