Good in this context means inducing retail investors to buy or hold; harm means the outside chance of getting prosecuted by the SEC.
By simple arithmetic, one can see that the numbers reported by hptaxis via Miller’s newsletter do not tell the full story about how many of the patients randomized to Proellex completed a full course of therapy per protocol.
