Because there are two ongoing wars, Obama will be meeting with foreign dignitaries, the economy is busted, nominations are currently one of Obama's many priorities, and blue chips stocks are more important than risky penny stocks that the general public would not consider touching.

And IF someone should happen to make an inquiry about CMKX, it would take two seconds to learn about the SEC complaint and the FBI/DOJ investigations. Why would the White House intervene with an ongoing investigation?

The Xers, including Mark, are not the center of the universe, and neither is CMKX.

It will certainly not end up in file 13.
I don't believe it will end up in the Red file. lol
However although not a high priority it will have some priority.
Mainly because it is something they will be interested in to get to the bottom of the current corruption in the USA.

Very likely. Some time ago I read--I don't remember where--that the CIA has a real person (with a fake name) to whom all the whackjobs who get in touch with them are referred.
