doubt the squid is still representing Marco in any capacity. No one in there right mind would have someone that stupid representing them for any length of time.

I thought it was goofy when the squid represented Jensen and Yarter, and posted about it on the RB message board....but hey!

and a way to get information about what questions the feds are asking.

He also posted that from the questions the SEC was asking, he believed that they had no interest in Urban. LOL

Probably the ONLY people who've hired the Squid in the last five years were people associated with the ECNC, PCMB, and CMKX scams. He was present at the depo of the ECNC guy--the one whose name I can never remember--AND he later bragged about attending another. He wouldn't say who that was. Maybe Deli?

If so, though, that was quite awhile ago. It's certainly possible that there's been another depo taken since then.

I would rather represent myself in a legal action than be represented by the Squid.

It would be interesting to know - if it's true - whether Deli has switched attorneys now that the civil complaint has been filed. Once he's served, an appearance will be placed on file by Deli's attorney. Any bets it's not Treffry?

Well, Deli claims he blew all the money he made. If true, he may not be able to afford representation. Perhaps the Squid works on the cheap.
