Actually Edwards is the mastermind of the scam and yes it was conceived as a scam. It surprised everyone when they found out Edwards was Ian McIntyre who owned CMKI long before Urban came alone. Edwards purchased the shell in 2001. Edwards needed a promotion and Urban was a willing partner who had worthless claims in Canada. Also at one point Edwards had a office in 1st Globals office and Bagley did anything Edwards directed her to do. It was a match made in vegas.

My point was maybe the Federal Investigation is encompassing all these tentacle.

Isn't it interesting that the SEC can find that John Edwards is Ian McIntyre, but not know Deli moved, and has a new business.

You're right about over analyzing but keep in mind it is no more of a scam than 98% of the other paper hangers that file their financials on time and have actual ore deposits.

I bought because of Jimmy's unbridled enthusiasm and I blame him for the financial carnage that followed that ruined my life and drove me to booze and drugs. I will be sending him a bill shortly for detox and rehab and I suggest he pays it.
