I am not sure what proceeding you are talking about. But, Deli Dog will surely settle the SEC's civil action in an attempt to avoid being indicted. If Deli settles, why would the deposition be filed by the SEC and made public. Disclosure now of pertinent facts is not in the feds' interest. It is not an oversight that the people Deli sold for are not named in the SEC's complaint. IMO, we will not see Deli's deposition.
