You said the ban started because the company was dumping stocks. I replied that the ban started in 2007, when the o/s proves that they were not dumping stock.
If the ban is put in place to hide the fact that the company is dumping shares, then surely the ban would be instated before the dump started, wouldn't it?
In that case, wouldn't it look exactly as you describe it?
