Of course not. Read your line of reasoning again. You said the ban started because the company was dumping stocks. I replied that the ban started in 2007, when the o/s proves that they were not dumping stock. The o/s of that period is out there, you can find it if you want to know the truth.

THe o/s of right now is totally irrelevant to the point you were trying to make.
