In September of 2006, a member of the FBI team said "I don't want to say dates because it's very complicated, but I'd like to say that we're weeks away from completing our investigation and issuing indictments". To date, the combined efforts of the DOJ, FBI, and IRS have yet to produce a single criminal charge filed against any individual or entity involved in robbing 50,000 CMKX shareholders. Many of the criminals have already fled the country, while others are involved in new scams with the intent of robbing other investors.

In my opinion, other than Mark blaming the crooks running the company (something the bad basher's told everyone since 2004) and a mention of the Jefferies letter there is ZERO support or proof of any naked shorting by the brokers in CMKX ..

All Mark did was re verify how gullible (a less nicer person would say "STUPID") everyone was for believing in a sub penny non reporting company(s) with unverifiable facts ran by a group of people from another country (Canada) with a past history of failure and involved in previous scams and/or failed business.

Our "Prince" just spoke...
