I'm not sure what can be considered a dead stock, but this 'dead stock' consists of getting a huge amount of attention, frequent pr's, many contracts, real sizable operations, a CEO that replies all investor emails, and daily volume of 100 million.
Well its discouraging for many to see a "no bid" and an ask of .0001. As long as the lotto players have some money to throw at it then Gene can continue in operation by selling shares from the treasury. But eventually even that avenue of financing will dry up as people lose patience and conviction that their lotto ticket is a winner or could be one.
