I thought brokers were in business of trading shares. Why is Scottrade not allowing their customers to buy RCCH shares? If Gene is selling shares, as you claim, a broker would be happy at the opportunity to make money selling these shares.
Some brokers, including mine, do not allow buying RCCH shares online. On one busy day, I had to wait 45min just to get through to speak to a rep. Then he had to get approval from his boss before submitting my order. My order was finally executed after 10min, requiring 3 separate fills.
Again, if Gene is dumping, shouldn't there be plenty of shares to go around?
And why would a broker irritate their customers by making them jump through loops, when all they should have to do is click a mouse with an online account? My broker allows me to do this with other sub-penny stocks, why not RCCH?
