Because if you just follow the PR's - he bought back more shares than he issued, which is not technically possible. Even with the possibility of shorting. The SEC would not allow anyone to retire more than the A/S.

Where is the evidence that Urban was selling shares at the same time he was buying them back and reported that he was doing so?..........Thats where this conversation started.
