I never complained about the filing not getting done, in fact i said many times it would get done. They would be foolish not to and i said so last night. If it wasnt done then it would just be a sure sign that the deal is really off, and you cant have that....yet. So imo it was a mortal lock that the filing would get done.
What I did complain about was the fact that it was late in the first place, and how that is a sign of incompetence. Linda has one job, run RTGV. RTGV does nothing at the moment. No business, no other employees. Its not rocket science to get the 10 K out despite what Linda would have you believe. Thousands of other OTC.BB companies do on time. And yet here, with so much on the line, and so little actually going on at RTGV, they STILL couldnt get it out in time.
HUGE red flag.
