Who knows, call the NJ SOS, I don;t know how that works. I just copied from a NJ status report on Barons.

Mostly to show they do file annual reports (which you can order for $50, that might show more since it was just filed in June) and also the 15 employee count.

The company operates as an ongoing business regardless of any message board
