I have called the nj sos and they have had no record of baron ever being sold. actually you have to go to the nj department of treasury because that is who houses the business records. do you guys remember me asking this same question before i bailed on this stock. there was never a record of baron selling to bihc after the april pr. i am quite sure they have closed now after selling however many millions of shares to get the cash to be able to close.
galo is a liar. he might give a cash divi to appease the shareholders but that will be all you get out of this stock. there will not be a short squeeze because the share count is not what the company says it is. there is no way the float is under 20 million shares.
also, i have ordered the gateway business search for baron and if memory serves me correct it was $5 and only lists ingala and not kushner.
