Red that is what the big Chat Boards are about. You know that. Shares [or electronic share credits ] have been sold to the public and the public have paid for them. What is it that the public bought that cannot be delivered ? If I buy and pay for something and the seller does not deliver it to me I have been defrauded. I thought this was simple and fundamental. The S E C can sure force them to deliver .. IF IT WANTS TO !!!!!
Not likely. If someone short sells shares, whether naked or not, there is a record. After the naked short seller has exausted all of its efforts and has not successfully driven the price down, he will cover. I think that we can count on that. RFL
